Education and Experience

You are
educated (at least) to a Master's level in Management,
Economics or Engineering.

have a good command of English and French, Italian or
German. Other languages would be advantageous.

have demonstrated real know-how and expertise in your
professional experiences.

The
recruitment process:
Our
recruitment process involves several interviews. First, you
will be interviewed by one of our managers so that they can
get to know you better by discussing your career, your
goals, our business, our projects, etc.
Then,
during a second and third interview, you will have the
opportunity to meet with other managers who will identify,
define, and approve your initial assignment. You will also
meet with one of our Senior Consultants for a chance to talk
“shop” and to discuss your skills in more detail.
Finally, if
successful, you will have an interview with senior
management to finalize the hiring process.
How to prepare for the interviews ?
During the
course of the different hiring steps you will be asked to
describe the professional experiences (areas of activity,
challenges faced, the level at which you were involved etc.)
that had the greatest impact on you and the skills that you
have gained.
This
process will enable us both to get to know you better as
well as to assign you to projects that best match your
expectations
