Education and Experience

• You are educated (at least) to a Master's level in Management, Economics or Engineering.

• You have a good command of English and French, Italian or German. Other languages would be advantageous.

• You have demonstrated real know-how and expertise in your professional experiences.

Personal Profile

• You are team spirited, flexible, fast to react and highly objective.

• You are creative, entrepreneurial and capable of putting ideas into practice.

• You are conscientious and diligent in relation to your work and you are reasonably mobile.

The recruitment process:

Our recruitment process involves several interviews. First, you will be interviewed by one of our managers so that they can get to know you better by discussing your career, your goals, our business, our projects, etc.

Then, during a second and third interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with other managers who will identify, define, and approve your initial assignment. You will also meet with one of our Senior Consultants for a chance to talk “shop” and to discuss your skills in more detail.

Finally, if successful, you will have an interview with senior management to finalize the hiring process.

How to prepare for the interviews ?

During the course of the different hiring steps you will be asked to describe the professional experiences (areas of activity, challenges faced, the level at which you were involved etc.) that had the greatest impact on you and the skills that you have gained.
