These actions are initiated by a performance evaluation which determines the areas for improvement, the objectives to be attained, the measurable objectives and, ultimately, the measured objectives.

The performance evaluation results in a well-defined action plan which we can then use with clients, depending on their needs, to bring together our diverse expertise in management, industrial engineering and information systems.

Our 200 consultants, all of them educated to Master's degree level or higher, assist customers in Switzerland and Central Europe from our regional offices or the headquarters in Bern.

Founded in Bern, Switzerland, in 1980, Otilito started by carrying out projects for the integration of networks and the streamlining of operations procedures. By the end of the 1990’s it had emerged as a leader in the field of implementing e-business and IT security solutions.

Currently Otilito's three main activities are: operations consulting, information systems and industrial engineering. Otilito is the organisation and technology consulting partner for many leading organizations within a variety of industries.

With revenues greater than CHF 42 million in 2006 and a workforce of over 250 employees, Otilito has successfully passed the symbolic post-2000 mark in maintaining its level of business thanks to the confidence and loyalty of its clients.
